It sounds like a lot, but it's actually like 5k twice a week. The idea behind this goal is to be consistent. If a miss a few weeks, it's going to be really hard to get back on track. Because I work from home, I definitely don't get outside enough. This is definitely needed for my cardio! As a bonus, I think it will help with the next goal too.
10Kg
My weight has fluctuated over the years and in the last 18 months I've put on 10-12 Kg... 😅 I need to lose weight now because I'm gonna be 40 years old pretty soon!

I'm going to wake up at 6am every day. I realized I love getting up before my wife and kids. I believe it will help getting to bed earlier too. Good sleep is also needed for goal two! Hopefully, goal 1 will also help getting good sleep habits.
